Kim Gessner has been appointed as deputy general counsel for Fort Lauderdale-based Moss Construction Management. Gessner will review, draft and negotiate contracts and will conduct strategic risk assessments, provide regulatory compliance training to staff, and participate in litigation matters.With more than 13 years of experience litigation involving commercial construction, Gessner previously served as counsel and co-chair of the construction practice group at law firm Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney. Gessner is certified in construction law from the Florida Bar, and serves as a member of the construction law committee of the Broward County Bar Association.
