The owner of Mobexpert, Dan Sucu, has begun construction work on a new residential project in the Domenii – Exhibition area, near Grivita metro station in Bucharest. The project, which is to be called Arcadia Apartments, will be built by Conarg. It will offer a total of 1000 apartments, with a purchase price of approximately €1,300 to €1,500 per square meter (without VAT). The first phase of the project has already begun, and the 3 hectares plot on which it is being built was purchased through DVD Residential Imobiliare.
