The Totten Pond Office Park in Waltham, Massachusetts has been sold for $51.5 million to Northwood Investors. The three building office park, located along Totten Pond Road, was 87 percent leased to a roster of 43 tenants. The buildings feature newly-renovated on-site amenities including a cafeteria, fitness center, conference room and café. Newmark Knight Frank acted for the seller, TA Realty, during the sale. “Totten Pond Office park represents a top value alternative for tenants seeking a Waltham address,” said Executive Managing Director Matthew Pullen, NKF. “The property’s 20,000-square-foot floor plates offer exceptional efficiency and flexibility for a variety of tenant requirements.”
