Queisser Pharma Poland, a branch of the international pharmaceutical group, has signed a five-year lease on 300 sqm at the Nefryt building in Warsaw’s Służewiec district. AXI IMMO represented the client during negotiations. Nefryt Atrium offers 15,000 sqm of class A office space and almost 1,500 sqm of commercial and service space on seven floors. It was designed by JEMS Architekci.
