Igor Yankilevich has joined Savills’ office agency as an associate. In his new role, Yankilevich will advise key clients interested in renegotiating their lease terms, office relocation and space consolidation. He has 15 years of professional experience, including 10 years in the commercial real estate market. Prior to joining Savills, he worked at Skanska Property Poland, where he was responsible for leasing the Spark complex in Warsaw as well as Nowa Fabryczna and Brama Miasta in Łódź. He also worked for Cushman & Wakefield, where he advised tenants in the regional markets, specializing in providing services for the financial, medical and BPO sectors.
