Berger Commercial Realty/CORFAC International has hired Gerald Radtke as the firm’s new Senior Property Manager. With over 27 years of experience in real estate management, leasing and construction management, Radtke will help oversee Berger Commercial Realty’s 7 million sqf property management portfolio. Prior to joining Berger Commercial Realty, Radtke served for four years as property manager at Liberty Property Trust. A Florida-licensed realtor, Radtke received his bachelor’s degree from Governors State University in 1992. “Jerry’s financial background and diverse analytical capabilities will contribute to our efficient and effective management of various types of commercial real estate and will support our focus on controlling costs and maximizing income for our clients,” said Berger Commercial Realty President Lloyd Berger.
