Urszula Sobczyk and Arkadiusz Bielecki were appointed co-heads of the newly created valuation department of Cresa Poland. They will be responsible for supporting clients in real estate valuation for financial reporting, securing bank financing as well as real estate acquisition. Sobczyk has 19 years of real estate experience gained at DTZ Polska and Just Properties, a business she ran with Bielecki. She specializes in real estate valuations for Polish and global firms, banks, investors and developers. Bielecki has 17 years of commercial real estate experience, gained at DTZ and Just Properties.
