The Terra Group has acquired a Doral office building at 8600 Northwest 36th Street for $12.5 million. The Miami-based firms paid just under $60 per sqf for the asset, which offers 209,000 square feet of office space. Built in 1979, the building rests on a 5.5 acre site. The seller, Banyan Street Capital, bought the asset out of bankruptcy last March along with an empty 3.8 acre parcel of land located on the corner of Northwest 87th Avenue and 36th Street for $25.9 million.
