Portland Trust has concluded lease renewals on more than 4,200 sqm of office space at Coral Office Park, which it recently acquired in Prague 13-Nové Butovice. Antalis, Cofidis, Axis Communication and DJK Europe signed extensions, while Showmax has renewed its lease and expanded its space to 920 sqm. New leases were signed with Czech marketing company PPM Factum, which signed on for 1,140 sqm, and Beko, the Czech division of a global white goods manufacturer, which took over BMW’s 1,000 sqm on the ground floor to use as a showroom and regional headquarters. Colliers International acted for BMW, while JLL introduced Beko.
