Skanska broke ground on another office building in Prague 8-Karlín. Praga Studios will replace the former Praga car repair shop. The building, featuring a number of advanced technologies and services, will offer 12,000 sqm of office as well as space for cultural events in an atrium, designed to host concerts, theater performances and art exhibitions. The project will also link Pernerova and Křižíkova streets via a new plaza. Praga Studios, designed to meet LEED Platinum and WELL standards, is scheduled for completion in Q2 2019.
