The Slovenian bakery products company Don Don has opened a new production unit in Kragujevac, the latest of 8 production plants and two mills its operates in Serbia. This one is the only one it has in the region, with production having started in June. In the near future, the company has announced that it plans a new investment of about €50m to build a frozen products storage facility, to improve its retail network and to develop its human resources and infrastructure. In 2023, the company will celebrate its 30th year in business by collecting estimated revenues of €200m. Don Don should open another new production plant in the spring of 2018. The new plant (which will produce toast bread) cost the company €10m and took two years to complete.
