Finep revives project in Dúbravka

18 September 2017

Finep is reviving a mixed-use project it first unveiled for Bratislava’s Dúbravka neighborhood in 2008. The developer is downsizing the scheme, which was originally designed to offer 133 flats, office and retail in three buildings that would have ranged from three, nine and 10 stories. The planning permit Finep secured in 2012 was appealed, because it did not comply with the city’s master plan, and the Supreme Court canceled the permit. The new version, called Na lúke, will offer 108 flats in two seven-story buildings along with a two-level underground parking garage, a café and a store.
