InfoGroup broke ground on Bart贸k Court II in Budapest. Going up on Bart贸k B茅la street, the office park will offer 24,000 sqm of leasable space in three stages. The first building is scheduled for completion in 2018 and will provide 8,000 sqm of leasable area. Bart贸k Court II received a BREEAM Very Good certificate for the planning phase.The cost of the investment was not disclosed.
