Two Trees Management has secured $100 million in refinancing for its property at 55 Washington Street in Dumbo, short for Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass, neighborhood of Brooklyn. The funding, which was provided by Wells Fargo, includes a $54 million mortgage and consolidates prior debt on the property from HSBC Bank. Notable tenants in the 448,300 square foot building include Vice Media at 74,000 sqf, Equinox Fitness gym with 22,000 sqf, and Flocabulary which occupies 9,340 sqf.
