PasserInvest signed new leases for space in the Alpha and Beta buildings at BB Centrum, the business scheme the developer built in Prague 4-Michle. More than 9,000 sqm of office was taken in the two buildings since last year. Cebia and SoftwareONE Czech Republic recently moved in, while ČEZ expanded its space considerably. UPS is a new Beta tenant, having leased 1,000 sqm for its new CEE headquarters. Rocket Fuel Czech Services and Puma are also new additions to Beta’s tenant list. Puma returned to BB Centrum after being stationed in Prague 8-Karlín for a few years and took 750 sqm of office.
