Stoneberg, a company led by Iulian Dascalu, has taken over some buildings within the Romexpo for €3m, according to local news reports. The company declined to comment on the acquisition, but zf.ro is reporting that the company is planning a larges scale development on the site, its first investment on the Bucharest market. No other details of the plans were revealed in the report. Stoneberg has been active in other Romanian cities, including Iasi, Cluj-Napoca, Timisoara and Suceava.
