The national motorway operator ŘSD announced that four construction companies submitted bids that are considerably lower than estimated price. COLAS CZ offered a 45 percent discount on the I/21 Trstěnice-Drmoul section between D5 motorway and Cheb, foreseen at CZK 595m. The bid for I/21 Nová Hospoda- Kočov section is lower by 37 percent. The offer for the bypass of Kravaře near Česká Lípa undershoots the estimated price by 35 percent and the bid for reconstruction of Třebušice crossing on 1/13 road near Most is lower by 33 percent. ŘSD hopes construction of all four projects could start before the end of this year.
