CTP is investing €15m to develop a new logistics park near Cluj-Napoca. CTPark Cluj II will go up in Floresti, offering 29,000 sqm of leasable space. The scheme will be delivered in two stages. The first phase is scheduled for completion in March 2018, while completion of phase two is set for the second half of next year. The developer also owns CTPark Cluj I in Apahida, which was completed last year and offers 23,000 sqm.
“We are receiving more and more requests from the Cluj area, which has attracted in recent years caliber investors in areas such as IT, automotive, FMCG, textile industry, technology. It is the third largest city in Romania and one of the most economically developed, which generates a growing need for new storage and production facilities,” says Ana Dumitrache, country head of CTP Romania.
