Alior Bank has renewed its lease and expanded its office space at Łopuszańska Business Park in Warsaw to 13,600 sqm. The transaction is considered one of the largest office deals signed in a non-central Warsaw location since Q1 2015. Cushman & Wakefield acted as an advisor. Łopuszańska Business Park is located in the capital’s Włochy district, near the junction of Jerozolimskie Avenue and Łopuszańska streets.The BREEAM-certified complex features two six-floor office buildings, totaling 16,800 sqm of modern office space. The scheme is owned by Starwood Capital Group.
