Panattoni Europe sold Panattoni Park Warszawa–Konotopa in Ożarów Mazowiecki, a town just west of Warsaw. The cost of the deal as well as the name of buyer were not disclosed. Panattoni Europe will stay on as facility manager. The multi-tenant logistics park features two buildings totaling 50,000 sqm and is fully leased. The property’s two largest tenants include a paper distribution company and a diesel fuel injection systems manufacturer.
