CEE Property Development Portfolio 2, the real estate arm of Česká spořitelna’s financial group, sold the Quadro building, which houses the Ringier headquarters in Bratislava, to an Israeli-American private investment company. The price of the transaction was not disclosed. The new owner bought the building through an SPV called TC Prievozska, owned by Israeli businessmen active on the Slovak property market. Quadro offers 6,500 sqm of class B office space, in addition to a canteen and reception. The building underwent a facelift in 2001. In addition to Ringier Axel Springer, tenants include Bonven, Flask, City Clinic and Butteland.
