ČEZ buys property manager Kart

Czech state-run power provider ČEZ has purchased Kart, a company that focuses on the technical management of buildings. The acquisition will allow ČEZ to build, operate and maintain its buildings, writes the economic daily Hospodářské noviny. The price of the deal was not disclosed. Kart is now part of the ČEZ ESCO structure. Kart has 140 employees, and its annual revenues have averaged CZK 125m over the past four years. Its clients include the Czech National Gallery and the Institute of Molecular Genetics of the Academy of Sciences CR as well as the Hilton, Corinthia and Panorama hotels.
