Prime Capital and the African investment fund MAS REI have acquired a 15,000 sqm plot of land in Bucharest from Trigranit, where they plan to develop residential neighborhood. The price of the deal was not disclosed. The land, located in the city’s Bucurestii Noi district, used to house a former marble factory. Prime Capital and REI MAS already own land in the northern part of the capital, which they bought by the Becali family.
