Polski Gaz S.A., a leading Polish distributor of liquefied gas, has signed a lease on 271 sqm at Stawki 40 located in Warsaw’s Żoliborz district. The tenant was represented in the negotiations by Sharman Church. The owner of the property is the European platform of International Pension Fund, while Cushman & Wakefield is responsible for the management and commercialization of the building. Anchor tenants include Budimex S.A., AVL Software and Functions GmbH, Emmerson S.A. and Centerscape Investments Poland sp. z o.o.
