Marriott Hotels renegotiated its lease at WestendGate Frankfurt. The lease on the 587-room hotel was extended for another 15 years. “We are thrilled to secure this strategically important location for our Marriott Frankfurt for another 15 years,” said Cameron Read, CFO Europe at Marriott Hotels International Limited. WestendGate Frankfurt, located at Hamburger Allee 2-10, was built in 1976. The property, owned by a joint venture between RFR Group and Stenprop Limited, is currently fully occupied. The 47-story building was renovated by RFR Group in 2014.
