C&W was appointed property manager of 18 commercial assets owned by Deka Immobilien in Poland. The properties cover 473,363 sqm. The assets under C&W’s management include 12 office buildings, totaling 197,508 sqm in Gdańsk (Waterside), Warsaw (Atrium Garden, Atrium One, Dom Alfa, Dom Beta, Grzybowska Park, Helion, IBC, Luminar, Mokotowska Square and North Gate) and Wrocław (Bema Plaza) as well as three warehouses, totaling 187,792 sqm, in Bieruń (MLP Bieruń), Teresin (the Tesco distribution center) and Tychy (MLP Tychy). The portfolio also includes two hotels, totaling 62,093 sqm, in Warsaw (Intercontinental Hotel) and Kraków (Andel’s Hotel), and the 25,970 sqm office-and-hotel scheme Andersia Tower in Poznań.
