Colliers International’s New York Tri-State group has hired Thomas Shirocky as a senior managing director in its regional Consulting Group. Shirocky will provide financial modeling and reporting, deal configuration, economic comparisons, and cost analysis on a cash and book basis for acquisitions, dispositions, strategic planning initiatives and other client projects. Prior to joining Colliers, Shirocky led CBRE’s New Jersey Consulting team and provided strategic and financial analysis, transaction management and lease review for office, industrial and retail projects in New Jersey and other national account transactions. With over 26 years of real estate expertise, Shirocky has also worked in the Denver and Houston markets.
