Die Hamburg Team Investment Management has acquired a residential project for its Hamburg Team Urbane WohnWerte fund. Bright Side II, currently under construction in Frankfurt, was acquired for €20m. The sellers were Mercurius Real Estate and Domus Vivendi Group. The residential project offers 66 two to four-room units and a daycare center. The project consists of 5,700 sqm of space with the daycare center taking 700 sqm of it. Completion is scheduled for Q2 2018.
