Prologis extends lease at Lumen in Warsaw

Prologis renegotiated its 900 sqm lease at the Lumen office building, part of the Złote Tarasy shopping complex in Warsaw. The deal will include a redesign of Prologis’ office space, which Colliers International’s workplace innovation department will oversee. “We have decided to extend the lease at the Lumen office building in view of its location and availability of many parking lots. We believe that Colliers International will walk us through the change process and design an office space that responds to our needs,” says Marta Gąska, senior HR business partner for CEE at Prologis. The Lumen office building offers 23,500 sqm of space on eight floors.
