X-press Couriers, the exclusive partner of SkyNet Worldwide Express in Poland and Aromanti, an importer and distributor of fragrances for home interiors, signed a lease at Distribution Park Okęcie in Warsaw. Nuair Polska, one of the park’s long-time tenants, meanwhile, renewed its lease. The two agreements total more than 3,600 sqm of warehouse and office space. Distribution Park Okęcie features four buildings offering 39,000 sqm of space as well as 552 parking spaces and 64 loading and unloading docks. Anchor tenants include Johnson & Johnson, DPD Polska, Alcatel-Lucent Polska, Toshiba, Freyssinet and LG Electronics. The owner of the park is the Hines Global REIT fund, with Hines serving as asset and property manager.
