Artur Sutor and Bartek Włodarski have been appointed to head the office department at Cresa Poland. Sutor has 14 years of experience in commercial real estate, having previously worked for Cushman & Wakefield and Knight Frank. He specializes in pre-lease agreements and long-term renewals. Włodarski has worked in commercial real estate for more than 19 years. He started his career in Canada with Colliers and CBRE. After returning to Poland in 2003, he worked for the US-based developer Apollo-Rida as well as Cushman & Wakefield and Knight Frank.
