EPRIN signed a long-term lease on 1,380 sqm of production and office space at Technology Park Brno. CBRE was responsible for consolidating and relocating the Czech technology company’s operations under one roof and was considering only existing properties in Brno due to time pressure. Technology Park Brno offers fast connections to the Prague/Vienna/Ostrava/Bratislava motorway. EPRIN will be able to take advantage of the area’s qualified labor force, as the property is located next to the Brno Technical University and the South Moravian Innovation Centre. The company, specializing in automatic identification and logistics and production integration, may also be able to cooperate on research and development projects with the university.
