In a deal worth €120m, CG Gruppe sold its Quartier Hoym development project in Dresden to Aberdeen Asset Management Deutschland. The project, located close to the famous Frauenkirche in the city’s historic center, will offer 26,651 sqm of residential and commercial space on a 9,300 sqm site. The mixed-use project will feature 250 units, restaurant space and a hostel. It was the 11th project acquired by Aberdeen Asset Management from CG Gruppe. Completion is scheduled for fall 2021.
