Bedřich Skalický joined Arete Invest’s investment board. Skalický works for Deloitte, where he is in charge of transactions and property investment. He is also serves as president of the Czech Chamber of Real Estate Agencies and is a member of the Czech Chamber of Architects. Skalický has 24 years of real estate experience, having previously worked for Česká spořitelna, where he established a new real estate branch and two property funds (CSIA, CSSG) with assets worth CZK 10bn. His property career started at McDonald’s, where he was a real estate manager.
