The Frankfurt-based benchmark. Real Estate Development is set to build a new hotel in Eschborn. The company recently acquired a 5,000 sqm plot located at Frankfurter Strasse 77 for the development. The mid-range hotel will feature 190 rooms on approximately 8,900 sqm of space. The rooms will include kitchenettes. The Marggraf Architekten studio designed the project. Completion is scheduled for Q4 2019.
