The Cologne-based Corpus Sireo has acquired the retirement residence Heilig Geist Park in Potsdam for its Health Care Fonds IV fund. The seller is Family Office. The purchase price was not disclosed. The retirement residence consists of two architectonically special buildings. One of the buildings includes a 84-meter tower. The property offers 60 fully equipped nursing homes and 14 units. The second property has 45 units.
