AFI Europe signed the first lease contracts for the Butterfly office complex it has been developing in Prague 8-Karlín. ALEF, Compass Group, Edenred and Kulina.cz have taken 6,800 sqm of the project’s total 23,000 sqm. Butterfly, scheduled for completion in Q4 2017, is working towards BREEAM Excellent certification. AFI says that with additional lease negotiations in advanced stages, the building could be near full occupancy by completion.
