O’Regan leaves Boston’s JLL team for C&W

Tom O’Regan has joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Downtown Boston Leasing Team as an Executive Director. With over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, O’Regan specializing in the leasing of office space in the Seaport and Financial District. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, O’Regan worked as Managing Director at JLL and as Executive Director for Richards Barry Joyce Partners. Early in his career in commercial real estate, Tom was a director at Cushman & Wakefield. O’Regan is a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board and received his bachelor’s degree in Management from Boston University. Prior to his work in commercial real estate, O’Reagan had a 15-year career as a professional hockey player. “Tom is a seasoned real estate professional with a reputation of delivering results,” said Joe Fallon, Cushman & Wakefield’s Executive Vice Chair and manager of brokerage operations.
