Dentons will lease 5,600 sqm of office space at Elektrownia Powiśle, being developed by a fund managed by Tristan Capital Partners and White Star Real Estate in Warsaw. The law firm will relocate to its new offices in 2019. “The new office will reflect the current trends in space arrangement with a focus on the specificity of our law firm’s business activities. It will include numerous solutions that support Dentons’ key values such as cooperation, transparency, as well as its mentoring support and coaching culture,” said Karina Fuga-Dąbrowska, partner and chief design officer at Dentons. The Elektrownia Powiśle complex site borders Dobra, Leszczyńska, Wybrzeże Kościuszkowskie and Zajęcza streets. The project will offer 23,000 sqm of office along with 15,500 sqm of retail and services, 6,000 sqm of residential and 5,500 sqm dedicated to hotel functions.
