The lighting system at CTPark Bucharest West will undergo a €3m upgrade ahead of the BREEAM certification process. The logistics park is being fitted with Smart LED technology. CTP has invested €1m into the project so far.
“We set out to set new quality standards for the Romanian logistics sector, where green building certification is not a very common practice. CTP will not only become the owner of the most logistic and industrial parks with the largest surface and the fastest growth rate in the country but also the first to offer its tenants warehouses incorporating technologies of the future, being internationally recognized by BREEAM,” said Ana Dumitrache, country head of CTP Romania.
