Jędrzej Suchowolec has joined Cresa Poland as a senior advisor in its capital markets department. He will be responsible for providing investment consultancy, coordinating transaction processes, carrying out due diligence investigations and financial analyses. Suchowolec has previously worked for Cushman & Wakefield, where he participated in transactions like the acquisition of the Riviera Shopping Centre in Gdynia by Union Investment, the acquisition of the Focus Mall shopping centres in Zielona Góra and Piotrków Trybunalski by Rockcastle, the sale of the Ogrody shopping center in Elbląg by CBRE GI and the sale of the RECE portfolio.
