Hamburg-based Dr. Helmut Greve Bau- und Boden-Aktiengesellschaft is set to build an office project called AirPark Frankfurt in Frankurt’s new Gateway Gardens district. Located at the intersection of Amelia-Mary-Earhart-Straße and Ecke Bessie-Coleman-Straße, the AirPark Frankfurt property will be constructed on a 13,700 sqm plot. Completion is scheduled for 2018. The total investment volume is approximately €30m.
