The Harbour City development project near Prístavny most in Bratislava is on the market for €26.5m. The asset, which includes 3.7 ha of land between Mlynske Nivy and Prístavna streets, was taken over by Koruna Reality last year for an undisclosed price. The current offer includes adjacent plots where Dorchester Group originally planned to build a residential project. Harbour City was designed as an office zone with 143,000 sqm of usable space and was first presented by Europolis 10 years ago. The project designed by Foster + Partners included two highrises with 37 and 31 floors and was later taken over by CA Immo.
