Abra S.A. leased 6,012 sqm of warehouse space and 228 sqm of office space at Distribution Park Sosnowiec. The 10-year lease agreement was conducted with support of AXI IMMO Group. Distribution Park Sosnowiec consists of two logistic facilities covering 47,100 sqm of warehouse, storage and office space, equipped with 70 docks and six drive-in gates. The park also has 170 parking spaces for cars and 46 spots for trucks. The property was constructed in 2005. On behalf of Hines Global REIT fund, the owner of the park, Hines, serves as the park’s asset and property manager.
