Penta kicked off its new development next to Prague’s main train station by signing a lease deal with Deloitte. The consultancy, which was reportedly looking for new headquarters since last year, will relocate some 1,000 staff into the new project from its current space at Nile House in Prague 8-Karlín, where it uses 9,000 sqm of office. The server e15 broke the news, along with the completion term set for early 2019. Penta bought the site at Náměstí Winstona Churchilla in Prague 3 in 2016 and is working on the project with Sudop and Czech Railways. The project should also offer flats as well as office.
