Industrial output in Hungary increased by 4 percent in June, following 8.8-percent growth in May, according to the Hungarian Central Statistical Office (KSH). Industrial exports were up 4.6 percent in June compared to the same month a year earlier. Manufacturing exports were up 4.2 percent. Domestic sales were up 2.6 percent, with sales in manufacturing rising by 3.6 percent. Output of Hungaryʼs automotive sector fell by 1.9 percent in June from the same month a year earlier, writes KSH.
