Terreno Realty Corporation has sold two industrial properties located along Maryland’s Baltimore/Washington Corridor for approximately $40.5 million. The properties consist of one fully-leased industrial building containing approximately 99,000 square feet on 12.6 acres in Savage, Maryland. Also sold were two industrial buildings totalling approximately 349,000 sqf on 17.9 acres in Elkridge, Maryland. These assets where 100 percent leased to 11 tenants at the time of the sale.
