Construction broke ground on Dock Marina Boulevard, a new residential project in the Dock neighborhood Crestyl has been developing on the border of Holešovice and Libeň in Prague 7 and 8. The project will include 150 flats ranging from 33 sqm to 250 sqm in five apartment houses, including large penthouses with gardens and swimming pools. A private marina is also part of the project. Dock Marina Boulevard is the last phase of Dock’s residential component, with investment costs expected to reach CZK 1.3bn. Completion is scheduled for late summer 2019.
