Baltimore-based real estate development and management company, St. John Properties, has promoted Michael Dickson to the position of Director of Construction. In his new role, Dickson will assume expanded responsibilities in support of the company’s in-house construction division including oversight of ground-up construction management activities for new flex/R&D, office, retail and warehouse buildings. Dickson has worked with the company since 2001 and has been promoted from his position as a project manager. He has more than twenty-one years of construction management experience and has held management positions with Corte Construction and KDA Holdings. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Northern Michigan University and received his LEED, AP designation from the United States Green Building Council. “This promotion reflects the extreme confidence we have in Michael to handle diversified construction management projects, as demonstrated by his strong track record of success with the company over an extended period of time,” stated Jeffrey Gish, Senior Vice President, Construction for St. John Properties.
