TLG Immobilien has rented another 4,750 sqm of space in the Kapweg office building in Berlin to two new tenants. The property, located at Kapweg 3-5 on the popular Kurt-Schumacher-Platz, offers 18,200 sqm of office space over seven floors. TLG acquired Kapweg 3-in 2016 with a EPRA Vacancy Rate of around 60 percent, a figure it’s now managed to reduce to around 26 percent thanks to leasing deals with two new tenants: the District Office and Europcar.
